A living field of women exploring what it means to meet life fully, in a woman’s body.
How it began
Radically Alive Women was born in early 2022 from a necessity: we were missing spaces where women could be fully embodied and learn to apply the distinctions of Feelings, as taught in Possibility Management. We were missing spaces radically dedicated to the Feminine emerging — to the wild and gentle aliveness of women, and to their initiation into authentic adulthood.
This is why Julia Neumann and Sybille Biedert organized the very first weekend retreat, then called “Unapologetically Alive,” in February 2022. A group of sixteen women answered the call.
Soon into the gathering, it became clear: this was about radical aliveness — as in the radicle, the first root that shoots from a seedling deep into the earth, and as in the boldness, the unapologetic nature, we wanted to invite. And so, Radically Alive Women was born.
It wasn’t a retreat. It was a place to immerse.
One thing led to another, and more immersions followed — now a yearly exploration and training space. In February 2023, Julia created the Radically Alive Women Edgecast, which has since broadcast more than 130 episodes, largely carried by a team of volunteers.
Where we are today
Since then, Radically Alive Women has grown into more than a series of immersions and an Edgecast.
It has become a community — women finding each other across continents, recognizing in one another the same hunger for embodiment, for truth-telling, for a feminine power that doesn’t ask permission to exist. Through RAW Membership, that community now has a home: a resource library to draw from whenever the moment calls for it, live trainings to deepen what’s been awakened, and togetherings — because radically alive womanhood was never meant to be walked alone.
What started as one weekend with sixteen women has become a living, breathing root system — still growing, still wild, still unapologetically alive.

Our Vision
We envision a world where women are no longer asking for permission — to feel, to want, to lead, to rest, to take up space exactly as they are.
A world where the feminine is not a footnote to power, but a force in its own right — one that doesn’t come from the mind, but is born in the body, in the womb, in the wisdom that was never lost, only forgotten.
We believe radical aliveness is contagious. One woman who roots into her truth gives permission to the next. And the next. Until what was once a quiet whisper becomes simply how women live.
