Her Conscious Anger Book Reading Workshop Nelson

Her Conscious Anger is a book reading and workshop for women to reframe their relationship with anger — recognising it not as something to suppress or unleash, but as a resource for clarity, boundaries, creation, action, integrity, and commitment. Men are also welcome.

Alongside readings from Her Conscious Anger: Workbook for Women (co-authored by Julia Neumann and Alice Belz), Julia will guide practical exercises to experience anger’s constructive power firsthand — moving from unconscious reaction to conscious choice.

Julia has offered similar reading-workshops across the region, throughout New Zealand, and internationally, with strong response from participants.
