Radically Alive Women Immersion 2026

Shame on You — for Being You.
This might have been one of the first impressions written into your life story.
Now, living in an adult body, you may notice how often you hold yourself back — from speaking up, saying or going after what you truly want, feeling your anger, sharing yourself authentically, or simply saying no. The list is long.
And the question underneath it all is: why?
Because somewhere deeper than memory, older than your own lifetime, lives a culture that taught you being yourself was not enough.
You may have learned to shape yourself carefully — to stay composed, helpful, and “together,” to prioritize others’ comfort over your own truth.
At some point, even feeling your feelings may have felt unsafe. When you learned that you were not enough, allowing yourself to feel at all became risky.
Shame is the invisible prison that so many women find themselves in.
We absorbed it with our mother’s milk. And often, we don’t even recognize it as shame — only as a restless mind, self-doubt, or the quiet sense that something is wrong with us.
But consider this: perhaps you are not broken.
Perhaps you are carrying shame about shame.
Shame holds us back from speaking, from daring to be imperfect, from stepping beyond what’s expected or allowed.
It keeps us small in a culture that thrives on politeness and performance — on women holding themselves back.
And yet, there is good news.
Shame is a response — not a truth. It was once your body’s way to keep you safe.
Your restraint was wisdom then. But now, as your vitality stirs beneath the surface, you might sense it’s time for something more than survival.
In this Immersion, we are placing shame at the centre — gently, curiously, and with love.
Together, we will:
• Honour what shame once did for us — how it helped us survive.
• Notice how it lives in our bodies.
• Witness it soften in the presence of sisterhood.
Because shame was formed in relationship — and it can only be healed in connection.
Let us discover together how to reveal each other’s light — clearly, gently, and with dignity.
Because speaking up, sharing your voice, and being seen as you are…is not only enough – it is deeply needed, now more than ever.
The space is fuelled by the distinctions of Possibility Management, Feelings Practitioners and Radically Alive Women.
