Terms and Conditions for participating in Radically Alive Women events.

By participating in any Radically Alive Women event you agree to these following terms and conditions:

1. You participate at your own responsibility.
   You take responsibility for your own experience by deciding which exercises you do and which you do not do. The spaceholder(s) support you in expressing your boundaries and taking care of yourself wisely.
2. This is not therapy.
   Radically Alive Women events are not therapy and they do not replace therapy. We do not recommend our offers for people with diagnosed serious mental health issues. 
3. Inform us about past or present conditions.
   By booking or registering for our Radically Alive Women events you take responsibility for informing the spaceholder(s) before the start of the event about present or past experiences such as depression, neurosis, anxiety, suicide attempts, crisis, psychotherapy (in progress), etc. — shared only with your spaceholder(s) for safety purposes. This information will not be retained beyond the event.
4. Inform us about medication.
   You agree to inform the spaceholder(s) if you are taking any state-altering medication or are under any pharmacologic treatment.
5. Payment is due before we start.
   Events have to be paid in full before the start of the event. This applies with no exception unless you have agreed on something different with the respective spaceholder(s) in writing before the start of the event.
6. Which currency to pay in for online spaces.
   For online spaces, the fee is payable as listed in your home currency or the currency stated in the price that is closest to your home currency, unless agreed otherwise.
7. Cancellation
   We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your place at a Radically Alive Women event, the following applies:
   • 30 days or more before the event: full refund.
   • 14–29 days before the event: 50% refund.
   • 13 days or less before the event: no refund is available, unless your spot is filled by someone on our waiting list, in which case you will be refunded less an admin fee of $50.
   To cancel, please contact us at radicallyalivewomen@gmail.com in writing, and we’ll confirm receipt and any refund due.
   If we cancel or substantially change the event — for example, a change of venue, dates, or lead facilitator — you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your place to a future Immersion.
   This cancellation policy applies to voluntary cancellations by participants. It doesn’t limit your right to a fair remedy if we cancel, materially change, or fail to deliver the event as described.
8. No session-picking in an event series.
   The fee is payable in full for the whole series of an event even if you do not attend all sessions, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing before the start of the series.
