RAW Feelings in Action: Regeneration Station

𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧, 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞.⁣

No matter how many people drink from a fountain, it does not run dry because others receive from it. A fountain continues to flow when it is connected to its source.⁣
⁣
We have discovered that keeping our fountain to ourself is not the answer to keeping it alive and flowing; in fact, it does the opposite. Less and less flows through us. What truly makes a difference is how we care for ourselves—how we nourish our bodies, our heart, and our soul.⁣
